While we're finishing up our next album, we wanted to show you something we've been working on in the meantime. Lost In The Outcome is a song that a couple of us originally wrote for a little online contest, but we ended up liking it a lot more than we initially thought, and decided it was best to make a couple of tweaks and use it for the band.

In terms of inspiration, we wanted to give the heavy political/big picture themes a bit of a rest and write something a little more personally relatable, with the musical technicality toned down a little as well. Although it still has the usual Perlocution flavor, at the end of the day, this is a track about living in the moment to your full potential while you have the chance.

This will also be the first full track with our new vocalist, Jesse, so give him a warm welcome and enjoy!
